I am giving you some suggestions here; you should follow them if you are serious to weight loss.

- Always keep track of calories you are consuming every day; consume less calories than the required number of calories.
- There is no shortcut to quick weigh loss, be patient and keep dieting to get desired results.
- Take food only two times in a day.
- Leave the habit of chewing something every time.
- Don’t consume foods containing too much sugar; leave candy bars and chocolates.
- Prepare a schedule for you diet and consume according to this weight loss diet program. Never take more than which you scheduled.
- Try to be busy for the whole time; it is easiest method to overcome from hunger.
- Drink at least 4-5 liter water daily; it is helpful in getting stamina and freshness.
- For a perfect weight loss diet you should avoid beer, wine, alcoholic drinks etc.
- With dieting, it is also important to do some physical work daily. Do Physical work according to your diet; Dont go for extreme: too much physical work sometimes may harm your health.
- Include more vegetables than the non vegetarian items in your food.
- If you are on dieting don’t leave other methods of weight loss (exercise etc.) because all are equally important. Who knows which method of weight loss suits you better.
- Measure your weight time to time and change your diet accordingly. If you are not loosing weight or weight loss rate is very slow then you should reconsider your diet.
